Purchase 2 hours of OmniSys FLEXPAK support

The FlexPak support option from OmniSys offers customers the opportunity to avail of access to our great support team for a specified period of time. The initial offering is for a minimum of 2 hours on a case, with the option to avail of more should you desire.

We cannot guarantee a resolution but will endeavour to assess and resolve the IT issue presented within the time obtained. Should more time be required, you can choose to either obtain an OmniSys Support Plan or purchase further Flexpak add ons.

Flexpaks last for a fixed period of 3 months and may be purchased at any time. Your Flexpak are used by the half hour or part thereof and unused time remains valid for up to 3 months.
